With this role you will join the Digital Workplace Sub-practice within the Digital Transformation team. This practice is responsible for working with clients to define, design and implement the next generation of workplace solutions which provide employees with tools to drive efficiency and accelerate business performance. The Digital Workplace team works across different industries and sectors, including Financial Services, Health, Manufacturing, Defence, Retail, Media, Utilities, Public sector, Retail, Telecommunications, and Transportation, supporting our clients in their digital workplace journey.

What are we looking for

We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with an understanding of modern Workplace technologies e.g. M365, G Suite, etc. and passion for expanding their knowledge in this field. The range of work we can win is quite wide in defining, designing and implementing the next generation of workplace solutions and hence we are looking for a wide range of skills along with some experience in engaging in projects that have transformed the workplace environment.

Required skill set and experience
  • Well-rounded set of consulting skills at intermediate levels
  • Able to take responsibility for deliverables, with an aptitude for identifying opportunities
  • Experience working independently with clients leading stakeholder interviews to analyse current services and identify issues or pain-points and potential improvements
  • Experience defining and integrating digital solutions into an organisation’s strategy, vision, and aspirations
  • Competence in collecting and analysing customer data to produce insights and reports
  • Preparing, supporting and leading workshops to play-back findings and explore solutions to specific issues
  • Report writing and presentation skills – ability to summarise the key findings and recommendations
  • Problem solving skills
Desired skill set and experience
  • Experience in supporting development of workplace strategies, rollout strategies and roadmaps
  • Documenting requirements, Persona development, and producing user experience/journey Maps
  • Insight of modern workplace technologies and willingness to learn modern technologies

This role is UK based and may require UK domestic and international travel, as the need arises. Candidates must meet all visa and work permit requirements to successfully reside and work within the UK.
